All custom orders and earring sales are final. We will happily exchange or refund non earring purchases with 14 days of delivery of your items. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping & handling.

Life can be hard on the pieces we love and wear the most. Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance with a damaged piece. Whenever possible, we will happily clean, replace or repair your Queen Mama Co. accessories. Shipping fees may apply.
